      Pros

      They will buy you ice cream and Pizza if you work really really hard.

      Cons

      If you work upstairs it might be worth it but if you are on the manufacturing floor in any capacity you are looked at as an inferior human being. The pay is very poor for the expectations. Your supervisor will ride you relentlessly although they have no idea how to do your job. If they had whips they would most definately use them.

      Pros

      Manufacturing company located in Gray, Maine that puts employees and customers first. Great benefits including superior health insurance. Clean well taken care of facility. Senior management makes themselves present and available. Many opportunities available for advancement for those who have a good work ethic.

      I have no Cons. I have been with Enercon for nearly 10 years and love it.
