Pros
Good people to work with, very interesting work, and a huge variety of work/jobs.
Cons
Even considering its location in maine, pay scale is very poor. Actual talent or contributions to the company are not recognized or rewarded. Time off is extremely inflexible. 45 hours a week is expected, and often ends up in 50-55 hour weeks. The leadership structure is hard to work with, and has many competing interests. Though the company is very successful, none of the profits make it into wage increases or devices to improve working conditions.
