      Pros

      I have worked at Energy Focus for over a year now. The company is fast pace and constantly growing. The new management and employees we have in place now are key to the positive culture and workplace at Energy Focus. We are always innovating and producing new and exciting LED products! I have learned so much in the short time here and am very grateful to be working for a company who truly listens and appreciates their employees.

      That we could get together as a whole company (remote workers included) more often.

      I enjoyed my time at Energy Focus, it was a further step into customer service as they like to exceed all customer’s expectations. I was able to learn more and take it with me to my next role. My manager and team was always very supportive and helpful!

      The benefits were good. The US people were great to work with.

      Cons

      Now that the company is being being ran by Taiwanese people, they are eliminating all US connections and not following correct procedures. Lesley is not the CEO.
