coworkers are mostly all great most of the office people are great

upper management (jason) doesn’t care about you you could be promised a role/raise and never receive it you’re in hot dirty attics and crawlspaces for under $20/hour office people are treated better than field workers don’t think the assessors think when they assess some houses (josh) no benefits high turnover rate trucks and tools are all beat warehouse manager is forced to buy cheap tools because of upper management (jason)
