Throughout my time at EMC, I met amazing people that have been extremely patient and nuturing towards me. I am lucky that I was in a department that was close knit and not toxic. My manager gave me many opportunities to learn and grow, even holistically by attending conventions /talks. There are many activities throughout the year for you to take part in to boost morale!
Cons
Some people can be two-faced or micro-managing. This is heavily dependent on what position and department you are in. Work-life balance especially for Tech staff is non-existent... You will have to OT consistently.
