Pros

1)Although I feel the pay is fair, many people who left in 2022 all got better pay. 2)PTO is vacation and sick leave combined. Implemented in 2022, I have not seen alot of people working sick. so they use PTO as vacation. 3) Benefits are ok for the industry. 4) free Metro passes

Cons

1) The management hates hybrid work schedule. They were anxious to get people back in the office multiple times during COVID. 2) old work force and if this company cannot keep younger people from leaving all the time, this company will be in trouble in less than 15 years. 3) they can be so cheap sometimes. They only pay for lunch a few times a year, if that. I had to buy my own necessary computer accessories when I need to work evenings at home and they refused to reimburse. 4) Houston office is downtown on Main Street, so it is a commute. Protesters are outside our building once or twice a year. Not the safest place at dark 5) it seems like the company brags about how much they help with volunteering or running TV commercials how wonderful they are, and then they treat employees like stepchildren. 6) if you are a Democrat or liberal, be warned. Very Republican emails on PAC's and voting (it doesn't bother me like others)
