Pros
I have worked with Enforce Technologies for around 2 years.. I started by doing an internship in this company for the RPA field for around 6 months, during this time they helped me in understanding the tool with the expert's guidance. They push your boundaries and will mold you into an IT expert from a student. They hired me as a permanent employee and then they increasing my exposure in the IT field & and also allowed me to interact with clients, I got hands-on in every project. They got really good nice and clean office which will break the traditional office environment norms.
Cons
There is no bench in the Enforce office culture, there will be always projects running in these organizations that we don't get bench time. you need to horn your skills and update with the tech while you are in the project.
