      Pros

      There's a great team spirit, everyone is welcoming and friendly. Low level of stress. Happy to encourage and pay for training. Management are open to new ideas and constructive criticism.

      The benefits could be better.

      Pros

      flexible life / work balance no one is trying to get you to be burnt out. in my instance time off is good. encourage uptraining and pay for it.

      Cons

      Sometimes holding on to a broken leg too long sometimes. Pay isn't above Avg New hires PTO is not massive. I mean whose medical benefits are great anymore. not a lot of time allotted for uptraining meaning it gets lost in the day to day stuff of work sometimes.

      We are a growing division of a larger company specializing in ServiceNow. Really good leadership and building out a good structure.
