Sometimes holding on to a broken leg too long sometimes.
Pay isn't above Avg
New hires PTO is not massive.
I mean whose medical benefits are great anymore.
not a lot of time allotted for uptraining meaning it gets lost in the day to day stuff of work sometimes.
