flexible life / work balance no one is trying to get you to be burnt out. in my instance time off is good. encourage uptraining and pay for it.

Sometimes holding on to a broken leg too long sometimes. Pay isn't above Avg New hires PTO is not massive. I mean whose medical benefits are great anymore. not a lot of time allotted for uptraining meaning it gets lost in the day to day stuff of work sometimes.

We are a growing division of a larger company specializing in ServiceNow. Really good leadership and building out a good structure.

No cons so far. Really good fair company.
