Worst company to work for - toxic - Anonymous employee Engage Education Employee Review

The worst company I have ever worked for. Do not work for Engage. There is a serious lack of communication and you are made to feel like everything is your fault. Serious situations are handled insensitively and immorally. The managers and leadership use blame, have unrealistic expectations, use fear for motivation and fail to provide recognition. They are so driven by sales targets that everything else is of no concern to them including providing a supportive working environment. There is no career advancement and they treat employees who have been there for years with no respect. The company has a bullying problem which was not seriously looked into. The worst working environment possible, negative and toxic. They have pushed numerous people to quit and have caused problems for multiple employee’s mental health. They expect you to work yourself into the ground for Engage but with absolutely no rewards. Teachers and placements are just numbers and money to them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone should work for them directly or as a placement.
