A handful of holiday days some of which is booked on your behalf at Christmas. Hands off management No training High risk with kids up 24 some with serious anger issues, no support or training around this. If you raise issues about a particular learner no action is taken Most things will be your fault The tiniest admin error or misspelling will become a formal meeting No work culture of being a team At no point will your efforts to reach troubled kids be noticed They churn through staff at a rapid pace because no one can stick the atmosphere
