Pros
reasonable workload and hours, flexible schedule, very friendly environment and open culture in the office, pleasure to work with everyone, comfortable and airy office space
Cons
not many downsides to note (although I was not really there for that long which can obviously make a difference), little office privacy (open space), no opportunity for full time employment after internship
