Pros
Company has developed a very disruptive product that integrates social media with word of mouth, tied to a predictive analytics engine. Engagement Labs has undergone a lot of transition over the past year and is now onto something very cool. It's an exciting time to be working here and helping to invent something entirely new. Collegial work atmosphere.
Cons
Small, entrepreneurial company can sometimes mean systems and processes are still in development. But really, it's all good and part of building something new.
