Pros

Work from home - Nothing else

Cons

First off the managers all seem young and inexperienced and don't know what they are doing. HR is dislexic and transposed the letters in every ones name in the training class and had to redo many of our company emails because of that and then transposed the digits in my address and tells me my address is undeliverable for the equipment and I live right in middle of town. She said this is the error I am getting from that carrier and it said" Can't deliver outside of the United States " and I said did you enter in another country for my address and she said "Oh!" I mean how can HR not figure that out or be that inexperienced. The worst training I have ever experienced for any company. We got no systems training, the training class only covered Medicare advantage but not the systems you need to use in order to sell it, so everybody is clueless when they get on the phones and nobody is ready and the managers said it didn't matter if we didn't know what we are doing they just need people on the phones because they get paid by Humana the more that are on the phones. When you leave the company you don't get your last paycheck for 2 weeks after you leave. Hopefully you are not expecting your last paycheck for bills or it will be a month between pay periods not to mention they have excuses of not paying on time and your paycheck is missing hours. Good luck getting paid for the hours they missed on your last paycheck. They do not pay commission like most companies, it is only $20 per hour and not worth the stress for that pay. The trainer did not know how to train and he had never sold for Humana before but was the trainer in how to sell for Humana and he seemed clueless. You get shipped a desk top computer but have to buy all the computer cords and 2 monitors yourself, they don't provide but require 2 monitors. They said they assume that everybody already has all the cords but most of us did not have the ones we needed. Spent $150 extra for what I didn't have that most companies provide. ***Do not apply to this company - save yourself the stress and hardship *** Wanted to warn people before they find themselves in a bad situation.

Pros

You can work from home but many other companies are offering work from home options.

Cons

Just too many to list. Training is so disorganized, unproductive, and you will not be confident that you know what you are doing when it's time to be released from training. 20-25 people can be in a training class and only 1 will survive. I need you to think about that. You will need to spend your own money on equipment for the job. It's difficult to get a return phone call or email from HR or anyone. If that wasn't enough, I only got paid on time ONCE often having to reach out to someone regarding my pay. So there's no way to feel secure. I had no choice but to leave. This company is quickly getting a bad reputation amongst agents! By the way...I had to give 1 star but this company deserves 0 stars!
