Good pay, flexibility, low expectations, opportunity to advance based on personal relationship, working with children, personal growth and challenges. Set the bar high for yourself and you’ll be self gratified on what you can do for these children
Cons
low expectations, communication, they’ll cancel your shift 2 min before clock in, no benefits, no support for yourself or the children, no growth in children (reference VB MAPP), no table space, no RBT logs for required 5% supervision, no lunch break or regular break in 8+hr period,, little to no training with HUGE responsibility. Undervalue if staff, lack of empathy to ANY family issues, including, but not limited to, a house fire.
