Management is awful, and it has unfortunate became a cliquey place (only when PC's were appointed.) The entire Muncie clinic is ran by one women who has a billion things to do, and shes not very good at juggling all of those responsibilities at once. The "program coordinators" were appointed to help her, but they don't do their job half the time. They argue in front of clients and complain about having to work (on the scarce occasions they actually have to.) If they get put on a client they try to find anyway they can to get off of them, so they can all go out to lunch together and sit on their phones on facebook. There is 1 DECENT PC and 1 good BCBA but the rest of the upper positions and management are crap. mind you theres only 2 BCBAs and one of them runs the place. The place is dirty all the time like please just walk in the clinic (theres no one monitoring who comes in and out of the building, theres a million entrances and exits so anyone can walk in and out of there whenever they want through the day and probably go unnoticed) but take a walk in there and look at the floors and walls, look at the toys, the equipment. It doesnt get cleaned and then they wonder why their staff and their clients are sick all the time. There is no consistency in anything they do so no one is ever on the same page because the communication is awful! Oh yeah and no benefits. Which i was told IN MY INTERVIEW "we are getting benefits very soon"...and right before i left i found out they werent going to have them before this year is up. said it will probably be mid next year or even later... so that brings me to the next and last point...THE LIES!! they are constant you cant trust hardly anyone!
