Considering its in the not for profit sector the salary is decent and so is the annual leave. The office has a nice view over the Thames.

Its an incredibly toxic place to work as demonstrated by the high staff turnover. If you are not directly bullied you will see someone who is. Management are complicit as they have definitely witnessed bullying in the office but turn a blind eye to it, and if you make a complaint about bullying it's dismissed. Outside of bullying there are a lot of cliques in the organization and it's not at all unusual to hear staff badmouthing each other, which just adds to the toxicity. There are also instances of clear misconduct or gross misconduct but again management do nothing. There is no real chance of career progression as it's a small organization.

Most roles are well renumerated. Many members of staff are lovely. Extremely flexible approach to hybrid working.

Obviously industry regulators don't move fast, but the organisation is absolutely stagnant re: innovation or best practice. The staff turnover in some departments clearly reflects there are huge issues, but despite multiple people raising concerns about bullying or other gross misconduct: the members of staff who are creating the toxic environment just stay. In one case there is a paper trail going back years.
