Interesting work, most people are friendly and willing to mentor. Decent pay and benefits.
Cons
No amount of money would entice me to ever work there again. The management is the most poorly organized and uneducated group of people I have ever worked for. If you love being micromanaged, this is your place. If you want to continuously guess if you are doing a good job, this is the place for you. If you love taking the fall for other peoples mistakes, this is the place for you. If none of this sounds ideal, run don’t walk!
