Pros
Lots of opportunity to get into a lot of aspects of the business. There are some great people there to work with. Great place to cut your teeth and get some experience
Cons
Sometimes the hours can get a little long. There is a bit of a fear culture at times. The "culture" feels forced sometimes and not authentic. The actual culture is not always what they try to sell you on.
