Pros
I have been working here for a little going on 7 months now and I have been loving it. I have a constant drive to improve and push myself. If you work hard here you get recognized and rewarded. People here are friendly and are willing to help you out. There is a positive sense of culture, like having plenty of little events like fruit fridays, bagel days for promotions, and holiday events. This is the first time have had a job I enjoy so much, well worth my time and efforts.
Cons
I don't really care for waking up early, or that we have to deal with the morning traffic/afternoon to get here/go home. There is a lot to learn, and depending on which division you go into you might not get all the training you need. Sometimes you have to really push to learn how to do things.
