Pros

In addition to your teaching skill, your EF career is pretty largely dependent upon what center you end up at. That being said, the schedule is pretty flexible, and EF attracts really high-quality students, making for a great classroom with passionate learners. The company also pays for after-work activities/ mid-work dinners with students, etc., and work travel, which I already found pretty great.

Cons

Pay is just okay, and there is not much room for negotiation. Also, senior teacher promotions are given to the best teachers, but not necessarily the best "managers", which can hurt the environment when there is leader who is not necessarily a "leader". The favoritism is pretty much brazen, and whole centers have gone into a funk over watching an amazing teacher get passed up for a promotion in favor of a head manager's best friend.
