Pros
This is a fantastic place to grow professionally. You get to work in a truly open environment where politics, religion, discrimination of all types are left out completly. The families are wonderful once they get to meet you, the children are pure joy, you get to share experiences and learn from experienced teachers. The school has three amazing programs: preschool, afternoon English program and camps. I've done all of them and they've enriched my overall experience as a teacher. Management is open to suggestions, they value creativity and new ideas, whenever I've felt discomfort I've reached out to them and I've been listened to and been offered solutions.
Cons
This is a relatively new company so a startup some resources are sometimes lacking. Nothing too major, if you're creative you'll come up with ideas and management will most likely support them. Also, there seems to be a feud between former teachers and management (?) that has damaged the company's internal image and has affected hiring processes. There's not a solid subs list.
