Pros
All Pros goes for you if you are Italian. You are protected if you are British. Credit/Bonus/Allowances/Promotion is given based on your nationality/race and not on your performance. it wasn't like this before.
Cons
British/Italian Managers can take credit and bonus for your own work. Respect of Contract terms and conditions depends on nationality. Top Managers can employ their friends and can enjoy credit of your own work. No way to complain: Any complaint will result in termination.
