Not a place for non-italians at all. Full of inexperieced managers, italian engineers, with no skills. No respect and meritocracy towards the people who became redundant. Discrimination due to nationality is at high level. No equal opportunity among the the employees. No difference between contractors and EIRL staff, better to be contractor rather than EIRL employee.
