Some genuinely lovely people Social Location of the office

Chaotic Badly managed (senior management lacks experience and most of them have been in the company for the majority of their career and therefore have loads of blindspots and a 'this is how we do it' attitude, even when it doesn't work) Poor decision making Bad pay Quality of work can be poor at times, so it's hard to feel proud of what you do The personalities that are awful are very awful (plus loud and influential), which negates all of the lovely people (who are truly lovely). A lot of backstabbing by these people Promises made but not delivered
