Inept leadership, anyone in middle management that isn't a yes-man is pushed out. Compensation is well below the market average. Constant poorly executed acquisitions and mergers. Since the company is constantly changing hands, massive layoffs and outsourcing occur in an effort to make the company look more profitable. They don't value talent development.
