      Opportunity to learn new things.

      *Terrible, terrible employee training. *Managers who go out of their way to avoid any kind of conflict resolution. *Antiquated philosophies. *So-so pay, raises and benefits. *Unique favoritism towards certain individuals. *No opportunity for advancement. *Greedy upper management. *Unorganized decision making.

      Pros

      Ennis was a hands-off company, leaving day-to-day functions in the hands of the on-site management and their teams. There was a team environment where personnel got along well. There was no ethnic diversity among the employees, though. There were good benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      There is no sales team.
