Enquiron is a small company with the positives of a start-up culture feel, however, has also been in business for 20 years which brings long-standing client relationships cultivated over those years and internal folks with a wealth of knowledge looking to guide you. There is no waste in resource allocation and the company runs lean and efficient; you will work hard and in return you will receive recognition for your efforts and guidance towards opportunities to excel. The management team truly cares about each employee as a person and you will never be just a number at Enquiron.

Cons
I can't say anything negative about my time at Enquiron. As others have pointed out, it is a small company and growth path can be challenging for front line associates. That being said, promotion opportunities do come up and management will do everything in their power to promote those who display initiative, excel in their roles, and have interest in learning new business areas. It won't be the best fit for people seeking a routine environment resistant to change. Enquiron is constantly challenging itself to evolve and each team member should approach those challenges as opportunities to display their abilities.
