Pros
The people that work here are good. Management does try to listen to us and care about our well-being. Job is pretty simple, but important. Co-workers all try to have each other's backs and help one another. The benefits offered are quite good, although a little pricey.
Cons
Lack of work at times. Much of the work we do is repetitive and mundane, with little chance to learn something new or gain new skills. It's difficult to move up, especially within the help desk itself. You have to force your way out into other departments if you want a real pay-raise, otherwise you'll be stuck at the help desk for a long time.
