Pros

This company is growing daily creating more internal opportunities. They have an extensive advancement path, Continually investing in their people and providing education. They have a family atmosphere and all the way from the top down people truly are first, last , and always.

Cons

So far I haven't really found any other than maybe my workflow keeps changing due to growth but I don't really see that as a Con

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
