Totally Insane People Running this Company - Revenue Cycle Specialist Ensemble Health Partners Employee Review

In totally revamping the way they attack revenue cycle work they have created total chaos for their employees, the clients (hospitals) they work for and most importantly, they have DESTROYED the customer service for the patients. The way this company is run is so sickening it is almost hysterically funny. So absurd. So sad to watch a hospitals patient access processes be dismantled and replaced with cold harsh, ridiculous standard operating model instead.
