      Pros

      I have been working in this company for the last 5.5 years. The Management is very encouraging and always approachable. They understands our skills and gives a free hand to try different approaches and have always valued my efforts. If you really work hard and want to build a good career, this is a good company.

      Cons

      Please don't believe in every employee . The main draw back is that the management listens and tolerates too much who doesn't deserve it

      - For OPT's company providing very good technical training in latest & advanced technologies - I got the training & placement in React and Angular technologies - Management provided accommodation & the local support & guidance - Productive training with live project experience which helped me to crack the interview in a smoother way

      - I do not have anything to share at this point of time
