the director board was somewhat oblivious to the market and overconfident in the positioning of the company in it. some of the projects were too big for the size and financial capacity and that took its toll in the end

They had 0 organization and no room for improvement. The company was managed dictator style, there were no support to the international staff. The monetary compensation was poor, and the schedule was hard, with extra hours at Saturday. Really a poor and bad experience.
