CEO is a money hungry tyrant who has to report profits to the wider UK organisation no matter what. Not so long ago the brother/nephew of the CEO was the COO, but luckily left the company. Alas - his uninformed opinions caused enough damage that everyone there at the time will forever remember this rich white guy trying to outsmart engineers with decades of experience. Expect high pressure, sudden changes of focus, layoffs, and a complete disregard for people who value quality over quantity in their roles.
