1. Bogus management and employees they hire 2. No proper communication of hike/asr with related work. 3. Eligible candidates do not get promotions, management promotes their favourite employee who doesn't even have knowledge on the matter they are promoted. 4. Manager controls and threatens the employee to give good rating and instead gives bad rating to employees 5. Senior employees foul behaviour is taken for granted 6. Frequent layoffs 6. Nothing is good now except salary
