Nothing special, but it is a good start for fresh graduates only, maximum a year and it will be more than enough to move
Cons
very small company that acts as a big one, no benefits at all for anyone to work there, it is fine to be a small company and try to expand, but employees have to expand as well not only to think, live in the real world guys.
