Pros

Some interesting ideas and marketing.

Cons

Inexperienced management who set unrealistic goals and talk down to their employees. They have almost no hope of delivering on anything. This is run as a family business but the business is not on delivering value, but on extracting as much money from VCs as possible while. They do not value life/work balance at all, in fact they strongly discourage it. Worst of all the "senior" management have almost no real-life experience yet are extremely condescending to those that have it.

Pros

I have been with Entefy for more than two years as a Full Stack Software Engineer. I started on front-end development doing web application work, and have since expanded my role to become a core backend engineer. I don't think I would have been able to develop so many skills as part of my work experience anywhere else. If you have the will to learn and improve your skills in different domains, I definitely think that a start-up like Entefy is a great place. Here, we are working on important projects that step into a lot of domains. As long as you are capable of delivering good work, you can easily work in the domains you like or want to improve on. Everyone is very friendly and you will feel as part of the team on your first day, guaranteed. I have been involved in many projects, and quite a few times I was very impressed with what we were able to deliver, given how challenging they were. This is a very gratifying feeling. It is true that the work is challenging, the expectations are high, the details are not left out, and it can feel overwhelming at first. But then it becomes a habit and it makes people know that they can rely on you, and do not need to check your work. As we are fundraising, you will meet famous or accomplished people that you would never have met otherwise, coming through the door. As a summary, if you think you have the potential, are willing to learn, fail and try again, then come see us, and we'll go to infinity and beyond together.

Cons

The work isn't for everyone as it is very challenging and the expectations are high.
