      Some really good staff who are very passionate about supporting Irish companies on their journey. Great work life balance. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership of initiatives.

      Cons

      Some staff are very comfortable in their roles, coast along and face no consequence for this. Can be slow to get things done due to structures etc.
