Pros
Employees are free to make their jobs their own. The managers,in general, support their employees to grow in the positions. It is a good company with excellent people. The people are the reason many of us stay
Cons
The cons with working at Entrata are pretty large. If you are a woman with Any aspirations to grow into a management role look anywhere but here. Our company has about 50 make managers, 4 female. There are about 15 male senior managers and only 1 female. she is also the only to not have an assigned parking spot. There is a leadership program that can be taken if a person is nominated......currently, only those who are already managers have been nominated, Our CEO is a giant toddler. He makes massive decisions and system changes on a whim. We are entirely at the mercy of development. Entrata system updates happen with a shoot...... Fire......then aim.... HR in the company is embarrassingly unprofessional and have no issue with telling people when they think they are wrong. The company does Not care about employees opinions of what is right. they allow clients to treat the employees and company like garbage. Clients don't pay their contract charges and the reward they get is massive credits and more free product with the arguement that it is a wise business decision. All a client has to do is threaten to terminate and the world is their oyster. The sales staff can do as they please. Many, many of the sales staff have caused the company to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars. Their inadequacies then have to be cleaned up by other departments. Their reward is massive commissions they did nothing to earn. There is a common statement shared around the office that we should allow the sales staff to throw you under the bus so they can look good to the client. Entrata aims to be flashy - Big bus, new building at the top of a mountain, but the things are matter; employee satisfaction, and respect, do not exist.
