This is the best work environment I have ever been in. My coworkers are awesome and so is the management. The director of SEO is always there if you have any questions or problems and really supports you by putting you in positions to excel at your job. I have learned so much since working here and wouldn't consider leaving unless the pay raise was significant. We work hard but know how to have fun too. As long as you get your work done you will never be micromanaged or need to worry about job security because the director and management will always have your back.
