Pros
Some good people still work there. Unlimited PTO. WFH options.
Cons
"We are not doing layoffs" followed by layoffs. "We're done with layoffs" followed by more layoffs. "Hey, meet another bro I've hired from Podium to be on our executive team!" Employees and customers are no longer the focus. Instead, the focus is now on an inflated executive team, Utah Jazz (yay!) sponsorship, and looking to go public. Middle management seems to get a lot of push back and can't really get anything done. There is no communication or transparency. They delayed raises 5 months so they could lay people off before they kicked in. Not much collaboration anymore. They say they encourage new ideas, but they don't really. Management will look to those with product knowledge but zero people skills to make decisions for them.
