      The pay sucks and everyone in charge is to pissed off and mad at everyone to treat then like human beings. There is a lot of places that part double the pay to start out if you are willing to move

      Pros

      It is a forty hour plus job and your starting wage is higher than minimum pay, the company is growing.

      Cons

      A lot of personal turnover, on eye care, not very good health insurance, not very good dental insurance, no sick day, and if you miss a day of work, you have to make it up in your next period at strait time.
