Fun start-up atmosphere with great work/life balance. Usually get time off when I wanted it as long as work is done. Pay was low, but bonus was ok when new accounts won.

Small firm = you do a lot of work outside job description. Company slow growing, and volatile... Large client didn't pay 250K bill after work done and delivered and they had to sue client. Distracted from day to day. Even after company won their suit owners weren't the same -- not as fun.
