      Good co workers and you can do your own thing

      Cons

      Your hours vary and your Fridays will be longgg. I don’t t think he understands what compensates giving up your life for and what should give extra perks like less work on Fridays if they’re going to pay so little .

      Great management and the customers love the service. Great team cohesion and management is always personal and caring about employee success.

      None. Commission structure was confusing sometimes but I’m sure that’s changed.
