Pros

Working on some of the most high-end projects that exist. I realize that some may choose to work for a firm like this to add to their portfolio, but it doesn't do any good when no one last for the length of one of the projects.

Cons

Working for a private company that represents itself as a "business," and most people get "Let Go" before they work there for a year. It's a very toxic environment, and people with true talent belong with a professional company, not someone pretending to be because of their "status." I came back from vacation to a call from the manager who told me they were eliminating my position and then noticed a couple of days later a new ad under a different company with the same job description. This was very unkind; they could have just been honest with me and said it wasn't the right fit. Take my word for it, you do not want to work here. I am writing this review now because I just got an email from a recruiter about this company and once i realized it was the same company with a different name i wanted to let the public know.

Pros

High-end residential projects with very unique and fun design elements. Worked with some of the most talented people.

Cons

Small firm but very talented team. Most projects are out of state, so you don't really get to see in real life what you've worked on.

Pros

Regular hours, many hands on learning opportunities

Cons

While the compensations are the best, the benefits are less. It was painful to ask for time off as if I should feel guilty about leaving for a vacation. It was the most hostile and stressful environment I have worked at. The vendors and suppliers would get to know me very well because of where I worked at. I was expected to finish architectural, interior and civil tasks without a many of details or knowing the existing conditions. It would be the best experience if you want be trained to be invincible.
