Pros
The students are Smart and even know more than the non-engineering employees they get into this Program. This is an insult to the Students who were made to pay as much as $3000 for a week.
Cons
1. No communication what so ever! 2. Not an Equal Opportunity Employment! 3. Very Disrespectful and Shady! 4. Unintelligent Management (Full of inexperienced and timid people ) 5. No Teamwork- This is because management is so lackadaisical and do not monitor what and who the different program managers get on their group! They always employ their friends and that makes it easier to treat other employees who haven't been in their circle with disrespect. 6. I could go on but .......
