      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is that Enviva has some great people at the hourly level working for them

      Cons

      Absolutely no work life balance. 24 hour + work days, no regard for ones personal safety after working that many hours. Questionable choices for managers especially where safety is concerned and even more questionable environmental practices. If you don't buy into their mantra, you won't be in the club.

      Great team, great company! The management team is top notch, and the culture is rapidly improving.

      The company is very spread out geographically, so it can be difficult to get to know everyone

      Pros

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Cons

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.
