      Growth opportunities, benefits are good

      Cons

      Company culture is going downhill. Workers are being pushed to work beyond reasonable expectations, and work life balance is a joke. Salaried workers are expected to be on call essentially 24/7.

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.
