      The support offered by the inflight manager, and her team is phenomenal.Any question, no matter the time, was answered, with context. The senior flight attendants were always ready and willing to help new flight attendants succeed.

      New flight attendants are on reserve, and typically have unpredictable schedules.

      Poor training for the small things that count for a lot and maintaining a good and clean record or from a accruing points. Need more attention to this during training or a manual to be given .
